Her background includes roles at Devenish and Aurivo Dairy Co-op in Ireland, focusing on innovative solutions and farmer-led initiatives. With a Nuffield scholarship, PhD in Agricultural Sciences and a strong connection to her dairy farm upbringing, Roberta is dedicated to empowering farmers and advancing sustainable food systems.
