Venkatesh Alagirisamy
As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Venkatesh Alagirisamy leads the strategic direction and operational excellence of NIKE, Inc.’s global Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Sustainability, and Technology organizations. In this role, Venkatesh oversees a worldwide supply chain network spanning raw materials, footwear, apparel, and accessories manufacturing, as well as logistics and integrated planning across assortment and operations. He is instrumental in driving the company’s People and Planet goals, ensuring that technology is seamlessly integrated to power growth across Nike’s iconic brands.
Since joining NIKE in 2006, Venkatesh has held progressively senior leadership positions, spearheading enterprise transformation and operational innovation across all brands, business segments, and geographies—including several years in Greater China. His career at NIKE began as a Process Manager within Supply Chain, followed by key roles in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Global Operations. He has served as Vice President of Global Operations & Express Lane, COO for Converse, and Chief Supply Chain Officer for NIKE, Inc.
Venkatesh also serves as the Co-Chair of the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Leaders for Global Operations governing board. He holds an MBA from Duke University, a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India.

Shashank Samant holds strategic roles at Hitachi, including Executive Chairman of Hitachi Digital and Hitachi Americas, and Board Member of Hitachi Energy. With over 35 years of experience in technology, he has played a pivotal role in AI’s evolution, from its early academic foundations to its real-world applications across industries. He is passionate about leveraging AI to drive efficiency, enhance business operations, and create a positive societal impact.

Angelica Riemann
Angelica was named president of the Agilent CrossLab Group in February 2024. She previously served as vice president and general manager of Agilent CrossLab Group's Services Division for two and a half years. Prior to that she served as vice president and general manager of the Chemistries and Supplies Division after being vice president and general manager of the Chemistries Division. Angelica has previously held leadership roles in the Mass Spectrometry Division and the AFO sales organization.
Angelica continues to be a key leader steering the business unit's transformation into a customer-centric organization. Over the span of her 24-year career at Agilent, Angelica has contributed key strategic insights and recommendations as part of the Agilent Enterprise Strategy Initiative, provided ongoing leadership as a founding member of the Agilent Biopharma Initiative, and informed high impact business strategies driven by organic investment as well as M&A opportunities.
Angelica's experience includes progressive leadership responsibilities across technical support, sales, program and product marketing, and marketing management. Before joining Agilent, Angelica was a customer, spending six years in a forensic lab and as an application scientist at J&W Scientific.
Angelica earned a Bachelor of Science in cell and molecular biology, with a minor in chemistry from San Francisco State University. She's an alumnus of the Agilent LEAD leadership program, the G100 Women's Leadership Acceleration Program and has a certificate in marketing strategy from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Ori Goshen
Ori Goshen is Co-CEO of AI21 Labs alongside Yoav Shoham. A seasoned entrepreneur, Ori Goshen has over 15 years of experience in technology and product leadership roles. Prior achievements include co-founding the network analytics company Crowdx, and spearheaded the development of VoIP.

Pascal Weinberger
Pascal Weinberger is Deputy CEO of Owkin, a leading agentic AI company transforming biomedical research and drug discovery with advanced AI systems that reason across complex biological data. He also serves on the Board of the World Foundation. Prior to his current role, Pascal co-founded Bardeen.ai, a pioneering AI company focused on workflow automation using AI agents to streamline repetitive tasks across web apps.
Before his entrepreneurial journey with Bardeen and Owkin, Pascal built and scaled ventures in AI and led the AI team at Telefonica Alpha, Europe’s first moonshot factory, where he drove breakthrough research and innovation.

Tim Davis
Tim Davis is the President & Co-founder at Modular, whose mission is to create an AI hardware abstraction layer for the world.
Previously, he served as a PM at Google, helping to create & scale AI systems inside Google Brain including infrastructure like TensorFlow, on-device AI & large model infrastructure.
Tim studied Engineering, Finance and Law in Australia and the US, and now resides in California. He has been developing AI systems for more than a decade.

Michelle Gonzalez
Michelle Gonzalez is Corporate Vice President and Global Head of M12, Microsoft’s Venture Capital Fund, where she leads global investment strategy, research, portfolio development, marketing, and business management. Previously, she led Google’s Area 120 incubator and held senior roles at IBM Ventures, Comcast Ventures, and Apple. She currently serves on the boards of SpyCloud, Databook, and TaskUs (NASDAQ: TASK), and as a board observer at Evisort and GrowthSpace. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech and venture capital, Michelle has served on Google’s Latinx Leadership Council and co-founded the Influencer Series, a Silicon Valley roundtable connecting minority entrepreneurs with the venture community. Michelle holds a BBA in economics from the University of Oklahoma and a JD from Yale Law School, and is a Charter Member of The C100, a nonprofit of Canadian technology leaders in Silicon Valley.

Mike serves as the Chief Information Officer at Snowflake, overseeing global IT, data and security functions. Prior to joining Snowflake, he served as CIO of Payments at J.P. Morgan. Before joining the firm, Mike served as the Chief Executive Officer at Bakkt, a publicly traded company specializing in digital assets trading and payments. Before Bakkt, Mike was Head of Payments Engineering at PayPal, where he led the team through PayPal’s second IPO in 2015, and led Google’s Payments Engineering and Wallet Engineering teams through the launch of Google Wallet in 2011. Additionally, he founded and developed two startup Payments/Commerce companies which were both acquired at maturity. Mike is also a Veteran who served four years in the United States Army.

Keith Sarbaugh
Keith Sarbaugh is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company and a member of the Fortune 500.
In this role, Mr. Sarbaugh is responsible for the company’s technology, AI and digital, and cybersecurity strategy, while also overseeing the global customer experience function.
Mr. Sarbaugh joined Zoetis in March 2023 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where he led the business partnering teams, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and operations.
Prior to joining Zoetis, Mr. Sarbaugh was Vice President, Information Technology at Biogen, where he oversaw global infrastructure, IT operations, and enterprise architecture. With nearly 25 years of experience in technology, digital and data, he has held various leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Head of IT Infrastructure and Enabling Functions and Regional Chief Information Officer for Lilly’s U.S. Commercial, Southeastern and Central Eastern European businesses.

At Lambda, Robert has scaled revenue from single-digit millions to billions. Prior to Lambda, Robert led sales at Tempo Automation (IPO in 2022) & Stack Overflow ($1.8B acquisition).
